At Starius Candles, we aim to deliver your candles quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below:

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Options

We currently offer the following shipping methods at checkout:

Economy Shipping (2–4 Business Days),  Reliable and affordable delivery option for non-urgent orders.

Express Shipping (1–2 Business Days),  Faster delivery for customers who want their candles sooner.

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has shipped. Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.

Free Economy Shipping on all U.S. orders over $89 (before taxes and after discounts).

4. Order Issues & Delays

Starius Candles is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at stariuscandles@gmail.com.

5. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
