Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Starius Candles. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received it. In its original packaging. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Used candles or candles that have been burned. Clearance or sale items (final sale). Custom or personalized candles.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, contact us at stariuscandles@gmail.com.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Please email us at Stariuscandles@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.

6. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item is defective/damaged).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
